š Relive Abu Dhabi GPās Thrilling Moments
It all came down to the final race of the season at the Yas Marina Circuit. Going into the Abu Dhabi GP, Lando Norris held a 12-point lead over Max Verstappen. Qualifying saw Verstappen on pole and Norris alongside him in second ā a strong starting position, but not domination.
Race day was tense. Norris dropped behind his teammate Oscar Piastri on the opening lap, then faced pressure from rivals and tricky traffic after his pit stop, including a wheel-to-wheel battle with another car. Despite all that, he kept his composure and managed to hold on to third place ā the result he needed to clinch the title.
Meanwhile, Verstappen converted his pole position into a commanding race win. But even that was not enough: because of Norrisās lead going into the race, finishing first at Yas Marina didnāt give Verstappen enough points to overtake him in the championship standings.
With third place in Abu Dhabi, Norris became world champion ā his first F1 driversā title, by a razor-thin margin of just two points over Verstappen. That made him the first British champion since 2020, and the first driver from McLaren to win the title since 2008.
For many, this victory was more than just about speed: it was a testament to consistency under pressure. Norris demonstrated that with calm focus, strategic racing, and resilience ā even when things werenāt perfect ā it is possible to triumph amid chaos.
š LeBron's Injury Defiance, CP3's Scars, and the Flagg's Breakout
After breaking his 10-point streak, LeBron James took some time off to rest. Apparently, he is still struggling with sciatica and now has arthritis in his foot to deal with. Many felt these injuries could lead to an earlier-than-expected end to his career.
The 40-year-old came back to play against the Sixers and immediately blew those doubts out of the water after streaking towards the rim for a monster one-handed tomahawk dunk, which left his opponents stranded.
He then backed it up by scoring and assisting throughout the game, but then he saved the best for last. He scored 10 straight points in the final 4:37 of the game, which was enough to ensure his Lakers go back home with a win.

Such game-altering performances are what franchises hope from their players, and former Lacrosse player Pat Spencer came true for the Warriors. The undrafted guard went off for a career-high 19 points, which led to some high praise from head coach Steve Kerr.
Chris Paul revealed that he has been āscarredā by the Clippersā decision to release him despite his desire to retire with the team. It was then revealed that his relationship with head coach Ty Lue had deteriorated to the point of no return.
Cooper Flagg is finally coming of age after helping his Dallas Mavericks win 4 of their last 5 games. This led superstar center Anthony Davis to shower praise on his rookie, claiming he is playing with a lot more freedom and swagger.
š Pickens vs. Sherman, Sanders' Stellar Loss, and the End of Kelce's Era?
After their loss to the Lions, Richard Sherman called out George Pickens for his lack of effort. To this, the WR responded with a scathing attack on the former Super Bowl champion, labelling him as the beneficiary of the Legion of Boom.
Thankfully, Shedeur Sanders did not have to worry about a lack of effort from Jerry Jeudy after the pair connected on a 60-yard touchdown early in their game against the Titans. However, that was not enough, as the away team did more than what was needed to win.
Sanders became the 1st rookie QB to throw for 300+ yards this season, and his 3 passing TDs and 1 rushing score should have seen his Browns win. Instead, Kevin Stefanski came under fire again for pulling the QB during a game-tying 2-point conversion.
Aaron Rodgers and his teammates ensured the heat eases off from head coach Mike Tomlinās shoulders, after they produced a brilliant team performance to win over the division rival Baltimore Ravens.
The veteran QB managed to score his 1st rushing touchdown since 2023, and then broke out his signature championship belt celebration, which Tomlin also participated in. Rodgers then told reporters and fans to stop talking about his HC at least for a week.
The Denver Broncos won their 10th game of the season, bringing back hope among their fans that times have changed. But the Kansas City Chiefs might not be able to say that after a disappointing loss to the Texans.
Patrick Mahomesā 3 INTs and Travis Kelceās 8-yard outing have raised eyebrows, with fans of the latter hoping he hangs it up after this season. This season is effectively over for the Colts, who lost the resurgent Daniel Jones to an Achilles tear.
